We're two years old this month, and what better way to celebrate than with some brand new training equipment and a fresh lick of paint.
We celebrated last Sunday with a party at the gym. It was the first opportunity for members to see our revamped interior and try out our new cardio equipment.
Upstairs in the cardio area we have thrown out the TVs and music videos, and in comes new treadmills with their own built-in screens and radios. Just bring a pair of headphones and plug yourself in to any channel while you train!
